#37: Satellite to PS Championship Main Event – No-Limit Hold’em – Win Your Seat at 100K Chips

PRIZES:

• 1 in 10 will win a PS Championship Main Event ticket.
• Any remaining money will be awarded as a single cash prize.
• Note: Tickets are non-transferable. Exceptions are made for any player who already has an entry to the target event.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Players must accumulate 100,000 in chips (the Milestone equivalent to 10 starting stack) to win a seat.
  
• Once a player has 100,000 chips the player will be removed from play and issued a seat to the target event. The 100,000 chips will also be removed from play.
• Any extra chips will be distributed evenly among all players dealt into the hand and who were not eliminated during the hand.
  
• A player cannot win more than 1 seat even if they accumulate 200,000 chips or more in 1 hand.

LEVELS:

• Levels will be 15 minutes for the duration of the tournament.

RE-ENTRY:

• Unlimited re-entry is allowed before the close of registration.

PACE OF PLAY:

• Players are required to make decisions within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players who are found to intentionally abuse time, deliberately stall, or purposely slow down the game’s progression will be subjected to a 5-second shot clock for all subsequent decision-making.
• In all tournaments, including shot clock tournaments, we retain the right to limit the time any player has to make a decision.

STAFF FEE:

• Four percent (4%) of the prize pool will be withheld to offset tournament staffing costs.

RULES:

• Tournament Director Association (TDA) rules will be used.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A minimum of four (4) players is required for an event to commence.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met by the start of Level 5, Tournament Management reserves the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion. In such cases, any advertised guarantees (GTDs) shall be void.
