Chung Tang Lin Achieves Historic Back-To-Back Natural8 Open High Roller Titles

The Asia Poker Arena witnesses a rare and exceptional feat as Taiwan’s ๐น๐ผ Chung Tang Lin successfully defends his title in the Natural8 Open High Roller. This victory marks an incredible back-to-back performance for Lin, who previously conquered the exact same event in August during the Players Series Championship II. For this monumental repeat victory, Chung Tang Lin claims the top prize of TWD 380,500.
The high-stakes event attracts a competitive field of 36 entries, generating a total prize pool of TWD 1,026,500. After a dominant performance throughout the final table, Lin enters a decisive heads-up battle against Thailand’s ๐น๐ญ Weeraphat Manasakool. While the Thai challenger secures TWD 238,000 for his runner-up finish, he is unable to stop the momentum of the defending champion who remains untouchable on home soil.
Completing the top three is another Thai representative, ๐น๐ญ Matuphoom Pangsrivinij, who walks away with TWD 160,000. This historic achievement cements Chung Tang Linโs legacy in the series, proving his absolute mastery of the High Roller format in Taipei.

The Natural8 Open High Roller pulls in 36 entries over thirteen levels of registration, nudging the prize pool past the guarantee to TWD 1,026,500. Just six players make the money, and once again itโs defending champion Chung Tang Linย standing tall with the biggest share.
Prior to the final table, the early momentum belongs to ๐น๐ญย Weeraphat Manasakool, knocking out multiple players. He becomes the first player to spin his stack past seven digits.
After ๐ฐ๐ท Seunghyuk Jung falls on the bubble, Lin wins a monster pot against Manasakool to snatch the chip lead for the first time all day. He then eliminates ๐น๐ผ Chun Yu Yeh (6th) and ๐น๐ผ Chih-I Fang (4th) to swell his stack to nearly two-thirds of the chips in play.
Manasakool catches up by knocking out ๐น๐ญย Matuphoom Pangsrivinij (3rd), setting up heads-up with stacks close to even, Lin slightly ahead.
What follows is a pure heavyweight exchange. Lin fires a bluff that gets picked off for Manasakool to surge back in front. Lin returns the favor, catching a bluff to pull to even. The lead changes hands again as both players double through in a relentless back-and-forth battle.
It remains thrilling to the very end as both players improve on the river with two pair forย Manasakool and Lin a straight for a hard-earned back-to-back title.
