Lin Meng Ling Crowned Superstar Challenge Champion
The Superstar Challenge has reached its electrifying conclusion, and it is 🇹🇼 Lin Meng Ling who rises above a stellar field of 87 entries to seize the coveted trophy and a massive TWD 2,781,000 (~$84,525) top prize.

The prize pool surges to an astonishing TWD 9,020,200 (~$274,078)—more than quadrupling the guarantee—setting the stage for one of the most dramatic finales of the series.
This marks Lin’s second final table appearance of the festival. After finishing fourth in the PS High Roller Championship, she returns determined and completes the mission this time, delivering the biggest victory of her Players Series campaign.
Final Table Action

The first elimination comes quickly. 🇲🇾 Jerome Tan is crippled defending his big blind against Lin and soon shoves king-six offsuit, only to see 🇰🇷 Seo Moonho’s seven-three suited flop two pair. Tan exits in 9th place for TWD 281,000 (~$8,540).
🇹🇼 Justin Chu, who carefully nurses a short stack since the bubble, moves in with ace-five but runs into 🇵🇭 Vincent Rubianes’ ace-ten. Chu finishes 8th for TWD 312,500 (~$9,498).
Shortly after, 🇹🇼 Chen Hao Che meets a similar fate, his ace-four dominated by Rubianes’ ace-jack, collecting TWD 356,000 (~$10,820) for 7th.
🇯🇵 Kyosuke Nagami, one of Day 2’s chip leaders, puts together a solid run before bowing out in 6th for TWD 420,800 (~$12,789).
🇦🇺 Dylan Foster loses a pivotal flip—ace-seven against Rubianes’ pocket fours—and takes home TWD 522,600 (~$15,883) for 5th.
At this point, Rubianes controls more than half the chips in play. His surge continues when he eliminates 🇰🇷 Wooseok Kim, whose king-nine falls to Rubianes’ king-ten. Kim earns TWD 688,000 (~$20,911) for 4th.
Momentum Shift
A short break following Kim’s exit resets the tone of the table.
Seo Moonho and Lin begin to apply pressure, chipping away while Rubianes’ dominance starts to slow. Lin steadily builds her stack, finding key spots at crucial moments.
The turning point arrives in dramatic fashion. Moonho rivers a flush holding eight-six suited—only to discover that Lin has turned quads with pocket fives. Moonho departs in 3rd place for TWD 1,700,000 (~$51,669).
Heads-Up Showdown

Lin enters heads-up play against 🇵🇭 Vincent Rubianes with a commanding 2:1 chip advantage. She maintains steady pressure, leveraging position and stack depth to keep Rubianes on the defensive.
Rubianes, who earlier bulldozes the table, gradually becomes short-stacked under Lin’s relentless aggression.
In the final hand, Rubianes commits his remaining two big blinds with queen-deuce offsuit. Lin calls with ace-deuce offsuit. The board runs clean, and ace-high holds.
Rubianes earns TWD 1,700,000 (~$51,669) for his runner-up finish after an impressive performance.
A Statement Victory
From the shortest stack three-handed to commanding control heads-up, Lin Meng Ling delivers a masterclass in timing, resilience, and composure under pressure.
Congratulations to all finalists—and especially to 🇹🇼 Lin Meng Ling, who closes out the Superstar Challenge in unforgettable fashion.
