Hwang Dae Gyu Towers Over Final 15
Day 1 has carved a 97-entry battlefield down to just 15 remaining contenders, with the prize pool soaring to TWD 3,352,400 — comfortably surpassing the guarantee and raising the stakes heading into the final stage. All remaining players have already secured a cash, but the real fireworks are only just beginning.
Leading the charge in emphatic fashion is 🇰🇷 Hwang Dae Gyu, who amasses a commanding 1,465,000 — well above the 647,000 average — to seize control of the leaderboard.
Close behind is 🇮🇳 Kunal Patni with 1,215,000, followed by 🇹🇼 Chen Sin Lan on 1,085,000. Two more South Korean contenders round out the top five, with 🇰🇷 Kim Hyo Sung bagging 1,055,000 and 🇰🇷 Kim Soo Jo securing 1,035,000.
With Mystery Bounties activating on Day 2 — including the massive TWD 500,000 jackpot envelope — gameplay shifts dramatically. Survival is no longer the primary focus; the power dynamic now revolves around hunting knockouts for the chance to draw the biggest envelope. Big stacks will apply relentless pressure, short stacks become prime targets, and every all-in confrontation carries the potential for a game-changing bounty pull.
The final 15 return at 11:00 AM for the decisive stage, where chips, courage, and a bit of luck with the envelopes will determine who walks away with glory. Game on.
