Women’s Championship: Luo Jia Lin Makes History at PS Championship II Taipei 2025

History is written at PS Championship II Taipei 2025 as 🇹🇼 Luo Jia Lin becomes the first-ever winner of the Women’s Championship. Lin outlasts 30 entries to capture TWD 212,000 from the TWD 518,400 prize pool, along with the coveted pink trophy and a place in Players Series history.
Final Table Lineup

Seated (L to R): 🇭🇰 Hazel Chiu, 🇯🇵 Ai Tsuchiya, 🇭🇰 Chu Siu Mang, 🇹🇼 Luo Jia Lin
Standing (L to R): 🇹🇼 Chou I Hsuan, 🇹🇼 Hua Wei Lin, 🇹🇭 Wisinee Tanpichat, 🇹🇼 Hsieh Yi Chieh, 🇹🇼 An Qi Huang
Early Fireworks and Triple Knockouts
The action begins swiftly as short-stacked 🇯🇵 Ai Tsuchiya shoves with A♥9♥ but runs into Luo Jia Lin’s K♥K♣. A nine on the turn offers brief hope, but Lin holds to record the first elimination.
Moments later, Lin delivers the biggest blow of the final table. Holding J♥J♦, she calls a three-way all-in against 🇹🇼 Hua Wei Lin and 🇹🇭 Wisinee Tanpichat, flops a set, and improves to a full house on a paired river to send both opponents to the rail in one dramatic hand.
🇹🇼 Chou I Hsuan is next to fall, moving in with Q♣8♦ but finding herself behind Luo Jia Lin’s K♣6♣. Lin flops two pair, bursting the bubble and sending the final five players into the money, each guaranteed at least TWD 41,200.
Race to Heads-Up
🇭🇰 Hazel Chui eliminates 🇭🇰 Chu Siu Mang in fifth with J♠J♣ against K♦8♠ before falling herself in fourth when her 10♦9♣ cannot improve against 🇹🇼 An Qi Huang’s K♦5♦ on a 4♦6♦8♠ board.
Three-handed play concludes when 🇹🇼 Hsieh Yi Chieh moves all-in with A♦9♣ but cannot overcome An Qi Huang’s 4♥4♠, as the board 6♦3♦J♠Q♥K♥ offers no rescue.
Heads-Up Comeback: Huang vs Lin

Entering the final duel, 🇹🇼 An Qi Huang holds a commanding 4-to-1 chip advantage, eyeing a second series victory after her Queens Of The Felt triumph. However, 🇹🇼 Luo Jia Lin doubles up on the very first hand to spark a dramatic turnaround.
Lin continues to claw back before finding a crucial double-up when her A♠10♠ dominates Huang’s A♦5♦, swinging the chip lead in her favor. From there, Lin applies relentless pressure and builds her own commanding advantage.
The final hand delivers maximum suspense. Lin shoves with J♣5♠ and trails Huang’s K♦10♦ preflop. The turn pairs Lin’s five, sealing the victory and completing a remarkable comeback.
With resilience, composure, and fearless aggression, Luo Jia Lin becomes the inaugural Women’s Championship winner, writing a defining chapter in Players Series history.
